Job Description

We are looking for a person that will lead our infrastructure team.

As an infrastructure team lead, you will lead infrastructure implementation projects and be responsible for our team.

Some of your tasks will include:

  • Infrastructure strategy, planning, architecture and optimization to meet business goals and objectives;
  • Automation architecture, management and engineering;
  • IT operations management tools architecture, engineering and optimization;
  • Defining and maintaining infrastructure operations and implementation policies;
  • Performance and capacity management;
  • IT service continuity implementation (detailed design, testing and implementation);
  • Creating a positive customer experience;
  • Monitoring and Developing Team KPIs;
  • Prioritize and assigns tasks, coordinate and drive teams and team member's activities, development of employees and motivate them to achieve business goals;
  • Increasing employee satisfaction;
  • Monitors and evaluates team and personal performance;
  • Mentoring team members.
Prerequisites

Prerequisites

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious person with relevant technical knowledge. As a candidate, we expect you to have:

  • Experience in the implementation and maintenance of relevant IT infrastructure technologies;
  • Experience or ambition to lead the team and be responsible for team satisfaction and professional growth;
  • High motivation and responsibility;
  • Problem-solving mentality;
  • Good written and verbal skills;
  • Ability to make important decisions.
