Responsibilities
- Monitoring of network and server infrastructure using monitoring tools
- Timely detection, analysis, and initial resolution of basic technical issues
- Escalate complex incidents to higher support levels in a timely manner
- Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Communicate effectively with users and internal teams to provide updates and gather information
- Ensure system continuity through proactive measures and routine checks
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes by setting up and deactivating user accounts and equipment
- Support the maintenance of IT documentation and standard operating procedures
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SMTP)
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work in shifts
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning
Desirable Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Completed technical high school or undergraduate technical studies
- Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow)
